چکیده
In this investigation, a new nanocomposite as nanocarrier based on functionalized graphene oxide was synthesized by reaction of tetraethylenepentamine and chlorosulfonic acid with functional groups the surface GO. The characterized FT-IR, XRD TGA, FE-SEM, EDAX, TEM, AFM analysis. To explore potential nanocomposites in drug delivery, loading releases quercetin an anticancer were investigated. result displayed that more than 90% loaded release is depending pH environment such Gastric intestinal conditions up to 50% 30%, respectively. analysis toxicity effect normal cancer cells indicated has for therapy without cytotoxic IC50 concentration.
